Refund Policy

 

Please be advised that it is the customers' responsibility to double check their order before finalizing it.

If changes need to be made to the order after it is processed and shipped, the customer will have to absorb shipping fees in case of an exchange or reimbursement. Shipping fees are not refundable in this case.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced merchandise purchased in-store, you can obtain an exchange or a store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your regular priced merchandise purchased online, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift Cards;
  • Some Health and Personal Care Items;
  • Heavy Bags;
  • Mouthguards;
  • Custom Apparel;
  • Awards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item, along with notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Please note: If you return an item that is not compromised or defective, you will not qualify for a refund. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to have the item sent back to you.

 


SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. They can however be exchanged (certain conditions may apply).

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The defect or damage in the product must be notified and exchanged within 30 days of sale.

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
